Find out your council tax for any property in Chester.

2. Pay reservation fee* (Please note all reservation fee's are non-refundable except if the landlord decides to not proceed with the tenancy application for personal non tenant related reasons)  £200 will reserve the property for up to 2 weeks, any longer & the full deposit will be requested.

3. Agree moving in date

4. Read tenancy requirements sheet

5. Complete individual application form

6. Nominate guarantor & complete application form (A guarantor will be requested if applicant is less than or equal to 25 Years Old)

7. Refrencing will now take place on all applicants, once completed successfully we will contact you to arrange the signing of the tenancy documents.  Please note

7. Check & sign tenancy documents & collect keys

8. Move In!

* Please note, it is imperative we are made aware of any bad credit history prior to submitting an application and/or paying a reservation fee.  We will not be able to offer refunds if upon performing a credit check we discover a history which causes the application to be terminated.  Should you have any queries, please contact the office as soon as possible to speak with our admin team on 0844 5763236 ext 22
