We have strong relationships with many regions of the large national developers such as: Taylor Wimpey, Bellway, David McLean, Persimmon. In addition, we’re constantly developing our contacts with smaller local developers.
We source both long-term off-plan as well as stock units – apartments and houses suitable for the rental market.
We currently have a small number of independent agents – even one in Hong Kong – and would like to add only 3 more. As we specialise in offering small quantities of any development to avoid flooding the rental market ... we like to restrict the number of agents.
The service
Not all agents work the same, so we have different models to suit you.
You may want to just sell the properties and receive a basic commission – or simply have us source the properties for you and you take it from there. We can take the deal from sourcing through to exchange through to completion. You can have access to our panel of mortgage brokers or work with your own.
Developers come to us because they know they can rely on us to move their plots on. We are very protective of our reputation of virtually-zero drop-out rates. A crucial part of working with us is that you demonstrate an ability to produce committed purchasers who go through to completion.
Commissions/Fees
We have different packages – with different commission models depending on how you want to work. In essence – the less we have to do, there’s more in the deal for you.
