1. Decide on a property
2. Pay reservation fee* (Please note all reservation fee's are non-refundable except in the event to the reasons for a refund relating to that of decisions by an owner) £200 will reserve the property for up to 2 weeks, any longer & the full deposit will be requested.
3. Agree moving in date
4. Read tenancy requirements sheet
5. Complete individual application form
6. Nominate guarantor & complete application form (A guarantor will be requested if applicant is less than or equal to 25 Years Old)
7. Refrencing will now take place on all applicants, once completed successfully we will contact you to arrange the signing of the tenancy documents.
7. Check & sign tenancy documents & collect keys
8. Move In!
* Please note, it is imperative we are made aware of any bad credit history prior to submitting an application and/or paying a reservation fee. We will not be able to offer refunds if upon performing a credit check we discover a history which causes the application to be terminated.
